## Network and coverage

Your eSIM roams on whichever eligible local network gives the best signal: Bouygues Telecom, Free Mobile, Orange, SFR. Some plans include 5G where the network offers it.

## Why Kokio for France

Kokio asks for no ID at all: you sign in with a passkey, and we never collect your name or email.

Kokio plans connect by roaming, so there is no local SIM to register.

Pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, or crypto (USDC, USDT or DAI from a Kokio Wallet on Base, or other coins via MoonPay). The plan price is the same whichever way you pay, because Kokio covers the payment processing fees.

## Tips for France

- Your eSIM can use Orange, SFR, Bouygues Telecom or Free Mobile, all four French networks. If the signal is weak, choose another by hand in Settings → Mobile Service → your Kokio line → Network Selection.
- Carrying on to Spain, Italy or beyond? The app also sells Europe-wide plans, which can beat buying a local plan in each country.
- Unlimited plans run for 3, 5, 7, 10, 15 or 30 days, so a long weekend in Paris doesn't need a 30-day plan.

## Setup

1. Install the eSIM at home on Wi-Fi. It installs once only.
2. Land at Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG) or Paris Orly (ORY).
3. iPhone: Settings → Mobile Service → choose the Kokio line for mobile data, with data roaming on.
4. Not connecting? Toggle Airplane Mode, then pick a network manually.
